We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Condition of Items for Return
To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following "as-new" criteria:

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Approval Required: Please do not ship items back to us without receiving prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Items sent back without approval will not be processed.

Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and further instructions.
4. Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product, the fastest method is to return your original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional time to post the transaction.
