All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Since our products are sourced globally, delivery times vary by destination. These are our current estimated timeframes:

4. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.00.

All final shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information typically becomes active within 48–72 hours of shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BuyZento is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, or local taxes).
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to change an address. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at support.buyzento@gmail.com. Once the package has shipped, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
BuyZento is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
